I’m originally from a small idyllic German town at the foothills of the Alps. I now split my time between Brooklyn, NY and Red bank, NJ. From an early age I was fascinated with how people express themselves through style and design. At 18 I was fortunate to have the opportunity to travel the world as a fashion model… fulfilling a dream of expanding my horizons and absorbing inspiration. I’ve spent the last 15 years traveling the world exploring culture and style.
Life on the road, and on the run, shaped my sense of style in many ways. Living out of a suitcase for the early part of my adult life, I learned by trial and error how to curate my wardrobe for maximum flexibility and ease. I needed to go from day to night, and from work to play - all from a collection of clothes that fit into one suitcase! At the same time I was working with some of the worlds top stylists and picked up invaluable tips and tricks on color choice, fashion flexibility, and selective shopping. This all came together as a collection of interchangeable pieces that formed the foundation of my wardrobe.
Today this is called a Capsule Collection, for me it was just a way of life!
Fast forward to today and I have started a family and enjoy a career that straddles modeling and personal styling. I juggle social life, tackle fears and challenges, and sometimes binge watch a new series on Netflix - just like every brave modern woman! I’ve learned a lot along the way, but one of the most valuable insights I’ve discovered is that women of all shapes, sizes, and ages can benefit from the simplicity and ease of a curated collection of clothing. Our time is valuable, let’s spend it looking great, feeling great, and making memories with our friends and loved ones - not standing in front of our closet wondering what to wear.
